Howsa bout cranberry sauce over a pork tenderloin? Or with grilled, citrus marinaded chicken (for those who don't DO pork).
Something else to try... candied jalepenos. I MUST have mentioned these gems before! If so... SORRY! But this stuff is GREAT as a sauce for roasting and grilling pork and chicken. Or, pour some over half a brick of cream cheese, pour apricot jam over the other half. Spread it on *******s (******* censors! the word is c-r-a-c-k-e-r-s). I like the Everything Flatbread *******s (******* censors! the word is c-r-a-c-k-e-r-s) they sell at Cost Plus/World Market.

I made the Thermowell Cranberry Sauce yesterday, cut back on the sugar by 1/2 cup...super delicious. I wound up with a bit more than would fit into the dedicated container and, well, I've made a few amazing discoveries. Cranberry sauce in a spinach/feta cheese omelette is delicious! Cranberry sauce in a burrito with refried beans is, wild and delicious! And the color, well, the color adds a lot of excitement to the food too.
